What happened, what you expected, and the steps that led to the issue.
A screenshot if it helps explain the problem, with private information removed.

Gameplay and technical help

Stuck on a control or running into a problem? Tell us which game you are playing and where it happens. The same support address is the place to start as our collection grows.

Payments and purchases

If your question concerns a purchase, email payments@alientechservices.com. Include the game name, platform and a short description of the issue. The store that processed a payment handles its payment and refund tools.

Please do not email passwords, complete purchase tokens, access codes, payment card details or sensitive personal information. If support needs an order reference, share only the store order number.

Cling Rush help

In Cling Rush, pull the character down and release to climb. Earn gameplay coins to unlock characters. Scores and daily streaks stay on your device.

Cling Rush has no game account. Clearing its Android app storage or uninstalling removes local progress and the chosen age range. The Age range control in its game footer changes that choice.

If Cling Rush Plus is offered in the Android app, use Restore with the Google Play account that made the purchase. Verification needs an internet connection, including after an app restart. Manage or cancel renewal through Google Play subscriptions. Clearing data or uninstalling does not cancel renewal. Google Play handles refund eligibility; see Google Play refund help.

For a privacy or deletion request, contact gamesupport@alientechservices.com and include the game name. We will use the request details to identify the relevant developer-held records.
