Cling Rush Privacy Policy

Cling Rush is provided by Alien Tech Services LLC. Contact gamesupport@alientechservices.com for privacy questions and requests. To request deletion of developer-held records, follow the data deletion steps.

Game progress on your device

Scores, earned coins, character unlocks, sound settings and daily-goal records are stored locally on your device. No game account is required. We do not run an online leaderboard or upload your local progress to our server. Uninstalling the game or clearing its app data removes this progress.

Your age range

The game asks you to choose an age range: under 13, 13-17, or 18 and older. It stores only that category locally on your device, without asking for your date of birth. The category itself is not sent by the app to our server or Google, and is not included in sharing text. The app uses your choice to select Google advertising and consent restriction settings; Google receives the corresponding privacy-treatment flags when its services are used.

Advertising and membership purchasing are disabled when the under-13 category is selected, while gameplay remains free. For ages 13-17, the app applies restricted advertising and under-age-of-consent settings. You can change the choice using the Age range control in the game footer. Clearing app data or uninstalling removes the stored choice.

Advertising and privacy choices

The free version uses Google AdMob for occasional ads between completed runs and optional rewarded videos. We use Google's User Messaging Platform to present advertising privacy choices where required. You can revisit available choices using the Privacy choices control in the game, and use your device's advertising-privacy settings.

Google's advertising services may collect or share device and advertising identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, app interactions and diagnostic information for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention and service operation. Their data practices depend on your settings, consent and the SDK configuration. See Google's Privacy Policy and Google's advertising privacy controls. Active verified ad-free members do not receive automatic or rewarded ads.

Optional monthly membership

Google Play handles checkout, recurring billing and payment for the optional Cling Rush Plus membership. We do not receive your payment card details. Google handles payment and account information under its own policies.

When membership purchasing is available, the Android app sends a Google Play purchase token over HTTPS to games.alientechservices.com/v1/subscription/verify. Our service uses that token to check the subscription's product, payment state and expiry with Google's Play Developer API, and acknowledge a valid purchase. This supports granting ad-free access and restoring purchases. Tokens are kept out of the game WebView, sharing text and URLs.

The verification service processes tokens in memory and does not create a token, order or customer database. Application logs contain only fixed status and failure information, without purchase tokens, order IDs, email addresses or payment details. Temporary security rate-limit records use the direct network peer address and expire after one minute. After successful verification, the app keeps the membership expiry only in memory for the current app session. It does not store a permanent paid-access flag. Membership must be verified online again after restarting the app. Manage or cancel membership through Google Play. Clearing app data does not cancel a subscription.

Complimentary review access

If you choose to redeem a complimentary review access code, the app sends the entered code over HTTPS to our game server, without sending device or account identifiers or your age range with it. The server checks a hash of the code and does not deliberately store the entered code or include it in application logs. Temporary security rate-limit records expire after one minute. Any granted ad-free access remains only in the current app session and ends on expiry, app restart or an age-range change. Redeeming again needs an internet connection. This complimentary access does not start a recurring payment.

Website and hosting

This game website has no analytics, advertising pixels, tracking cookies or contact form. Your browser sends normal connection information, including your IP address, to the hosting and network providers needed to deliver the website. The supplied site server disables HTTP request access logs and detailed HTTP error logs. Hosting and network providers may process connection and security data to deliver and protect their services. We do not use this website to build an advertising profile.

Optional sharing and support

If you choose to share a score, the game sends score text to the sharing app you select. That app's privacy policy governs what happens after you share. Cling Rush does not automatically post to your contacts or social accounts.

If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you choose to provide. We use it to respond to your request and handle related support, privacy or payment issues. Please do not send passwords, complete purchase tokens, payment card details or sensitive personal information.

Retention and deletion

Local progress and your selected age range remain on your device until you clear app data or uninstall. You can also change the age-range choice in the game. Subscription verification is stateless: purchase-token bodies are processed in memory and are not deliberately persisted by our application. Temporary security rate-limit records expire after one minute.

Request data deletion

Email gamesupport@alientechservices.com with the subject Cling Rush data deletion.
Send the request from the email address you originally used to contact support. Say which Cling Rush support correspondence you want removed. Do not send passwords, complete purchase tokens or payment card details.
After processing your request, we remove the requested developer-held support correspondence and associated email address, except records that must be retained for legal obligations or to address a dispute. Any retained records remain only for as long as needed for those purposes.

There is no Cling Rush game account to delete. To remove local scores, coins, character unlocks, settings, daily-goal records and your age-range choice, open Android Settings, select Apps, Cling Rush, Storage and Clear storage, or uninstall the game. Android menu labels can vary by device. These records stay on your device and cannot be deleted remotely by support.

Google Play, advertising services and hosting or network providers handle their own records under their privacy policies. This request covers records held by the developer; it does not request deletion of every provider's records. Deleting data, clearing app storage or uninstalling does not cancel a subscription. To stop future charges, cancel separately in Google Play subscriptions.

Audience and international processing

Cling Rush is intended for teens and adults aged 13 and older, and is not directed to children under 13. Privacy and consent rules can differ by country. Google and service providers may process information outside your country using their applicable safeguards. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to us, contact us so we can investigate and remove it as appropriate.

Security and policy updates

The active app's network connections use HTTPS. We limit application data to what is needed for the described functions and do not sell support or subscription-verification information. No method of transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as the game or its services change, and will publish the revised effective date on this page.
